We went through the drive- thru yesterday and asked for a plain chicken sandwich! Plain does not mean to put everything in it! Went inside and told the drive thru guy and he gave me a plain sandwich, but when so n something like this happens, how about a simply, "I'm sorry that happened"!? That is good customer service!!! We were far from home, so I am glad we noticed right away!

I sent my husband to pick up my mobille order. Typical man, he never checked it just took it and came home. The chicken looked old, burnt, and molded, the biscuits were hard. I couldn't believe someone looked at that chicken and made a conscious decision to serve it to a customer. I was flabbergasted...

I was already mad that app picked this location because I wanted the one off sublett since i was near this location. But to go to this location my chicken sandwich looks like this is crazy. Like how did you think this was acceptable. Hardly any sauce and no pickles

FRIDAY, 4:45 pm We have been coming to this location for a loong time, NEVER AGAIN. Both chicken breasts barely had any meat on them, mostly crust which was burnt and too hard to chew. The Company has gone down hill, may never be good again. We're going back to KFC, staying with them as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. To the owner... STOP making excuses for your location and fire your screw ups and get a decent crew.

I walked in for a takeout order and asked for 16-piece expressly saying no wings please. When I got was a mixture of everything including breasts and four wings. Also I'm feeding small children and ordered mild, they mixed in several pieces of spicy. They just do what they want.
