The old miniature dried up chicken was horrible as well as the old dried up fries. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to a different location. Mac and cheese was scrubbed from the bottom of the pot. Browned and dried up. Highly disappointed for the money spent. Taco bell would have done better.

The food was cold from the chicken to the macaroni. The only good food from the order was the biscuits. They don’t know simple math either smh. Didn’t give the correct amount for the refund. Ripped off and it was a simple order. I’ll avoid this location.

CHICKEN FRIED BREAD DIPPERS 😕 I tried the new chicken dippers LAST NIGHT with my fiancé and all it consisted of was fried bread. Very disappointing and I felt like we were ripped off. Not very good customer service or quality control. The chicken tenders as well was disappointing.

I spent $30 in order and was missing Mac and cheese. Spoke to Iden the manger and said he would replace. I advise md not worried. However after starting to eat. I had paper in my sandwich from the cheese. Took back to store and he said he was only replacing Mac and cheese. I advised I would call corporate office and he said he didn’t care. This was the manager. Not professional at all. My fries was cold and so was he. I would not recommend this place. My husband and I stopped in for a meal and ordered the 3-piece signature chicken combo with red beans & rice, a chicken sandwich, and the 12-piece classic boneless wings combo with Louisiana garlic and honey BBQ sauces, plus Cajun fries. The food was hot and tasted great, just as expected. However, the dining experience was disappointing. An employee on break was sitting in the dining area playing music and videos on their phone at full volume. It was so loud that my husband and I could barely hear each other talk, making the atmosphere unpleasant. To make matters worse, their shift manager had to yell across the restaurant to get their attention because their break had gone on longer than allowed.
