Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I placed my order online 30 minutes before arriving for pickup, with a scheduled ready time of 5:45 p.m. I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 5:44 and was told that the chicken fingers would take a little longer to cook. I then went inside and waited for the order. I should have checked the order before leaving, but we did not receive our coleslaw. In addition, we ordered only buffalo dipping sauce, yet we were given ranch instead. While inside, I spoke with another customer who was also frustrated because her order was incorrect. She handled the situation very politely, and I complimented her on how she responded. Based on that interaction, it seems this may be a recurring issue at this particular location. Drove 1 hour in intense fog (usually 30-35 minutes w/out the fog). Pulled in the drive thru line several cars ahead and one had just placed an order. My turn comes up to order, I pulled up to the intercom (mind you someone literally just placed an order) and the message says sorry we're now closed. My issue is it just had literally turned 9 o'clock. Again I just drove through intense fog with my family in the car and according to Google the restaurant closed hours early, I won't be back!

Fast and great food. The staff are nice friendly and professional

I used to love Popeyes Spicy Chicken sandwiches but over last several months regardless of location the chicken breading is extremely greasy, so much so I’m generally nauseous after eating. Such a shame as these used to be my “go to” comfort food.
