Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is always so good and fresh but this is my 3rd or 4th time coming here and the workers are so rude and disrespectful. I’ve only encountered 1 employee in the drive thru window who was actually pleasant. Disgusting attitudes, and for what? Because I asked for more honey? The budget for honey is not coming out of you workers pay checks. Get a grip and stop coming to work if you’re not happy with your job.

Recently placed an app order for a fish sandwich meal and two sides. Went through the drive thru to pick up the order and it was ready within a few minutes. Got home only to find that my fish sandwich was actually chicken. Not what I ordered. I did eat the sides and they were OK but the main part of the meal was not what I ordered. On the bright side, with a return trip to the store, I talked with the manager and she eventually understood the problem. I didn't want a full refund since I ate the sides so that complicated things a little. She gave me a note on my receipt for a free fish sandwich on my next trip. Hoping it works... Moral of the story, checking inside the bag doesn't always mean that you will get the right thing. Now I have to start opening the things in the bag.

I don't typically leave bad reviews but tonight was ridiculous. I placed a mobile pick up order at 950 to pick up asap. I arrived at the restaurant at 1015. Sat at the box for 15 minutes, when I was finally greeted I was told they were done for the night. When asked how I could get a refund I was told oh it's a 3rd party. How is it a 3rd party when I ordered it from Popeyes app. What business closes at 11, but you can't get anything past 1015? Atleast cut off the online orders if you have no intention of fulfilling them.

This has never happened at this location before. This place is great Thats why we drive 17 miles to get it when there is a Popeye 6 miles from us. Today I got 9 pieces of dried out chicken and one of them were spicy and hard. A small Red Beans and Rice when I asked for a large. My order was the 10 piece with potatoes and gravy and red bean and rice both large. We were so disappointed when we got home. Could have gone 6 miles to get this service. The only thing that was good was the girl cashier and my peppers. Gotta stop eating Popeyes I guess.
