Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We weren’t expecting much considering it was 7:00 at night but they still managed to underwhelm us with the “service”. Rain was dripping onto the counter as we ordered. They got our order wrong and red beans and rice were the worst that I have ever had. Popeyes is known for their chicken, biscuits and red beans and rice. I am from New Orleans and their red beans have been the same regardless of location until this trip. It was mostly rice and the beans were dry. Overall it was a miserable dining experience.

Great food. Great staff. Ok prices. Love the manager/owner. He makes sure that customers have a great experience even in the drive thru. I keep coming back and also tell all my friends and family to support this store.

Came here tonight 2/2/2025. Two people were working, a large black man and colorful haired white woman. I get to the drive thru and say I want a #2 and he asks what I want to drink. I said I wanted a sweet tea and he said they didn't have any. So I said "I don't know let me see". He responded in a sassy tone and said "K Have a good night bye". I didn't understand what I had done wrong and it wasn't like I was holding up their progress considering there was only one car in front of me and none behind me and no customers inside the store. I stayed at the box for 2 minutes saying hello and he ignored me. I can't just leave because there are concrete barriers preventing this from happening. So I pull up behind the one car who is waiting on their order. He makes a few comments to them about how

This was the most disrespectful restaurant I’ve been to. Two people already waiting on food when we went in , still took them 15 mins to even take our order . Yes we had 2 families so they were pretty big orders but the customer service was horrible . Then took us another 40 mins to get our food . The customers are the ones paying your paycheck if you don’t want to be there then stay home . Even got disrespectful to my mom

If I could give no stars I would. I keep trying to give this place a chance and every time I go here something is either raw, or wrong. Halfway through eating my sandwich I took a bite that felt like rubber, soon to find out it was raw. Spend $12 on a meal, for them not to cook the main part when there was literally no line and nobody inside. I recommend checking your food before you eat here.
