The whole driveway is covered with grease, and filth from a leaking grease trap. To get in the restaurant, you have to walk across the grease.. It's very slick and dangerous. The restaurant smells like old grease, and your feet are covered in it.And they take a very long time to get an order. I regret stopping here. P.S. no response from management is necessary. Pump you're greased trap regularly and pressure wash, you're driveways.Immediately immediately. Also, mop the restaurant and restroom floors with a sanitizer to where the restaurant is not unsanitary.

Ms Kay did an AMAZING job!. We had a charter bus with Paul quinn college women’s basketball team and we had fresh food, amazing service, and a quick turnaround! The restaurant was very clean and we left SATISFIED!. Thank you so much Ms Kay (Assistant GM) for accommodating and taking care of us!. Oh and the biscuits were FLUFFY🥰🙌🏾

This location is very, very, very, very unprofessional.Especially the night shift. I don't know who's managing the night shift. They either need to be retrain or terminated. Because they're letting the staff do whatever they want.They're giving out poor quality food. Awful customer service especially in the drive thru.

I don't know who's making your chicken over there, but you need to give them a raise. I haven't eaten popeyes that tasted this good in two decades now. You really blew me away. The chicken didn't taste old or dirty, and you could taste the salt brine in the chicken meat. Keep doing whatever you're doing and pay your chicken person some more money. You definitely want to keep them.

Every single time we come to this location, they are either out of chicken, have a wait time more than 5 minutes, have use to pull up and wait for the food or close early. At this point, IDK why this location is still open. And then if the customer service was decent, we would mind waiting, but every time we stop, everyone is short with you and have attitudes.
