I've always loved to see you one of my favorite chicken restaurants of all times. No disappointment here this time either! Keep up the great work!

I waited on my chicken for almost a whole hour! I’m just now leaving at 3:37! The worker was very nice and apologetic! I have no complaint on the worker just the service!! If I knew I had to wait that long I would have NEVER ORDERED

We are just traveling through, but this was my first time to have KFC in a long time, and it wasn't good. The person who took our order was sweet and nice, but the food was not good. The potato bowl used to have cheese on it, and it was still advertised with it, and the chicken used to be so good!! I didn't have any cheese. The corn kind of looks a little.... old.. and I don't know if it had the new chicken nuggets or what kind of chicken this was, but it was chewy and flavorless. The only perk was at least it was hot.

Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins. The person taking orders was out smoking in her car with the headset on. Terrible service. Will not return!!! Honestlykfc is on its way out anyways. Rip colonel................................................

Food was great but the service was bad.Diet drink was out ask got unsweet tea ask about Splenda or something was told we dont provide that .Also unable to change a side if this is policy its trash .I go to KFC regularly and have never had these issues.They have another drink machine in the lobby I am sure.Update Tea is turning sour so that too.I now have to stop somewhere for a drink.
