I stopped into Popeyes as it was something the grandkids wanted for dinner. I bought the 16 piece family meal. It comes with 3 sides but unfortunately we only received 2 sides. Somehow they forgot to add the mash potatoes. It wasn't busy as I had decided to pick up inside. We were the only customer not wanting to use the drive up window. The clerk filled 3 drive up orders before giving us our order. Out of that they loaded us up with thighs.. I was expecting 4 of each breasts, thighs, legs, and wings. Only received 2 wings and 2 drumsticks. We live 25 minutes across town, so not very wise to complain or go back. Guess I'll stick to Pollo Loco next time

I'm a Rideshare driver so I eat in my car a lot. I ordered mashed and gravy only to be told they have no utensils. I don't live close. The other fast food places near by are closed. I had to go down the street to a bat that serves food to get plastic cutlery. The young man at the drive thru should be telling people at the of ordering. He said that have been out of sporks for a few days. The manager should have a plan to purchase at a store via an emergency operating fund. Amazon could have had a box here in a day. Poorly done Popeyes. Just pathetic service and management.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Popeyes location. The chicken appeared and tasted as though it had been sitting out for quite some time and coleslaw taste horrible. it was noticeably old and unappetizing. I can't believe I spent nearly $40 for these chicken. This experience was extremely disappointing.

I don't know who was cooking on Friday April 11th at noon but let me tell you, MY TENDERS WERE THE CRISPIEST, MOST JUICY AND CRUNCHY TO PERFECTION. So good I almost ate through the box. Protect that cook at all costs bc i've never had such fresh tenders from any Popeyes in my life, and im 34.
