Stopped by on my way home. Love when food trucks utilize the Boulder/ Racetrack corner! Menu is straight forward and priced well. Got 2 Al Pastor Tortas for myself and hubby and dang was it delicious! Huge portion so totally worth the $13. The gentleman who took my order was also super kind and offered to bring my food to the car when ready since it was chilly which just shows a considerate person in general but also their commitment to customers. Definitely stop by, I’ll for sure be back.

This place is yummy AND YA DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN DURING RUSH HOUR!!! I've tried a couple food/taco trucks this week, and though each one brings a different flavor, and are good in their own right, this is THE BEST ONE for value to date. So here it goes. This is a taco truck, so its TO GO orders only. NO seating. In the Tractor Supply parking lot, so ample parking near the truck. We were told they are closed Sun and Mon. And they show up on Saturday nights when they dont have a catering event. The food here is THE BEST VALUE for what you get. BIG PORTIONS. Hubby got the Birra combo (3 tacos, rice and beans) and had trouble finishing it because these are FULL size tacos vs the smaller "street" style. I stopped by tonight driving by and ordered some Al pastor tacos, carne asada tacos and a carne asada burrito and the flavor is just amazing! It’s been hard to find a good place that has flavorful asada without it being dry or burnt and this place exceeded my expectations! Will definitely come back. The gentleman that took my order was really friendly and hospitable.

Everything was delicious! I ordered a carne asada torta with chorizo, oh my god, it was so good! I finally found a taqueria near my house. Success!

OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD! We had the Al Pastor tacos, torta, and mulitas. When I tell you the Al Pastor Torta is SIMPLY THE BEST you'll ever have, I need you to understand I'm telling you this for YOUR OWN GOOD. Eat it. Love it. Thank me with a Thumbs Up.
