Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Sometimes you get the urge for some greasy, salty, and unhealthy fried chicken. That’s what happened last night. Before, there was only KFC nearby to satisfy that urge. But now there’s a new competitor in West Haverstraw - Popeyes. My wife and I decided to go there instead of KFC. After we arrived and parked, we looked through the windows. Bright, airy, and clean, but no customers. Oh, oh. Did we come to a place with bad reviews or health code violations? We were here already and HUNGRY. So we took a chance and went in. And we were glad we did. The person behind the counter was friendly, patient, and helpful. Explained what was on the menu and assisted us with choosing and ordering. We took a table and waited. Ordered for delivery they just throw the food down outside didn't ring the door bell or anything o alert us they had arrived. The chicken was dose with salt and way too dry. I usually lik Popeyes but now I don't I will be going back. This was disappointing at best. I am updating my review and giving it 4 stars. I recently purchased two 3‑piece chicken meals and chose the dark‑meat option. The chicken was good — not too salty, not greasy, and the meat was fresh, which I really appreciated. The driver was exceptional; I even wanted to increase my tip because the service was remarkable. I’m also pleased that management pays attention to reviews and works to make improvements. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure more consistency in seasoning and preparation across all orders,

I ordered a ordered 3 PCs spicy 🔥 fav chicken.... also a classic chicken sandwich......I was appalled at the young Lady clapping the bun for the chicken sandwich...... before putting it in the machine of some sort......I was actually looking for the kiosk system to order my food like the Popeyes in Brooklyn....but it wasn't one....... after I paid for this order......I placed an additional order for the 3pc fav again requesting a breast in the box......I was told that it was in the box...... when I reached my vehicle.....I decided to check before leaving to go home......I felt something was wrong because of the box size...... when I looked it wasn't one in there.......it was all dark meat......I proceeded to return back to the counter......but the doors were locked......I had just exited t
