Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered 8 pieces, dark, spicy and red beans and rice—received white mild chicken and fries!!!! I usually check but was in a rush! Called to complain, got no answer?? Will try again today and tomorrow. I don’t have $35 to throw away…..

I was so turned of from fast food my last experience with other Popeyes weren’t to good but I stopped today at this Popeyes on landover rd 202 Dodge park plaza and I was blown away the best I have had in a very long time super hood and fresh my 83 year old mom said it was like it tasted bsck n her days she’s very picky and was beyond satisfied she couldn’t believe it tiday is feb 25 3026 it was around lunch time

Upon entering the restaurant I was rushing in case the crowd was going to rush in ahead of me to order that’s only because I needed to go to the bathroom so I told the person behind the counter to go ahead and take the order of the two persons behind me so I could make my run to the restroom and to my surprise the restroom was so nice and clean it made me feel good to order my food there and on top of that the food as well as the whole experience was amazing!!!❤️❤️❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I placed an order and waited about 30 minutes for pickup. During that time, the music in the store was extremely loud, which made the environment uncomfortable. After waiting that long, I was told to cancel my order and that they “don’t care.” That is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. No apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix the situation. Customer service should be much better than this. I will not be coming back to this location.

They are overwork under pay and understaff. I ordered my food on the app. It took them almost 40 minutes to give me my food
