Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We purchased a family bundle, which included six wings, six pieces of signature chicken, and four sides. I made four separate requests for additional items: five hot sauces, two ranch dressings, three spoons, and four napkins. Each time, the cashier seemed to have difficulty fulfilling these requests, providing only a small amount of each item. Is this an acceptable level of customer service?

This Popeyes location truly stands out because of its outstanding customer service. The staff is always professional, respectful, and friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. They consistently treat me with care and courtesy, and I’ve noticed that they extend the same level of respect and attention to every customer, which speaks volumes about their work ethic and commitment to service. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. In addition to the excellent service, the food quality is consistently great — always fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. When you combine great food with such a strong level of professionalism and respect, it makes for an excellent overall experience every time.

Today I went Popeyes cause my mom wanted to get some for the fam and the service was like just fabulous like bruh okay the person/server who took my food ulises he was excellent he took my order under 1 min and literally had it out under like another 2 mins he recommended a perfect option for my fam which was the 12 pc chicken that’s the family bundle, I got my food and was satisfied but then my mom said to get plates too, n then when I came back, ana or ane (the manager I don’t know how to spell her name) was like you need plates don’t you ( and I laughed bc it wa funny that she knew) and gave me 4 for them I felt satisfied

I have just went to the Popeyes and received the most amazing service they served me quick and the food was hot and every worker talked to me with nice and kindness.when I sat down the table was clean and I was able to sit down quick and eat my food I don’t think I’ve ever went to another Popeyes and had such and amazing experience. Props to one of the managers there who helped me when I asked for sauce.

I ordered a 3-piece chicken combo and they practically gave me only one piece and one more piece where are my other two pieces? I feel like I was ripped off in this place. I was so excited to eat and I need my refund. The manager of that store should look at their proportions, it's not fair.
