Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Place use to be good when it first opened. It was clean, food was consistent, and the place was always busy. Went there yesterday, the place looked old, tired and dirty. The chicken from the Popeyes chain is always good. This location however appears to not care. NO fries all day... the soda fountain was half broken, half serving the wrong beverage. MOST OF ALL, the staff knows and either doesn't care or is powerless to do anything about the current issues. I will be calling corporate on this location because this is a failure of the franchise owner to reinvest in his own business and the corporation to monitor or inspect locations for quality Avoid for now

Drove all the way here from a few towns over. Placed a mobile order. My mistake for assuming that Popeyes employees actually fulfill an order correctly. Got home and missing some food and some of the food order was incorrect. Went through the app to get a proportional refund for the missing and incorrect food. Got a whopping 0.95 cents when the item is $3.99. Staff was kind of rude. Every single Popeyes I have gone to is always run by incompetent staff. Never have issues with my orders at KFC.

Today, February 6th, 2026, at 3:20 p.m., I went to Popeyes at 933 pleasant st, Fall River MA, and when I made my order and paid, I realized the order was not what I asked for. I politely asked the girl to please change the order. She then called someone else, and that person tried to process a refund so I could place my order again. After he finished the refund, instead of taking my new order, he told me to step aside so they could help the person behind me. I think that was very rude because he should not have put me aside. He needed to finish helping me first, and only then attend to the other customers. The way he did it was very unpleasant and disrespectful. It was my turn, and he acted in a very rude and unkind manner. They were not acting professionally at any moment.

I rarely leave bad reviews, however this one is very warranted. This location, from my experience is VERY unhygienic. Watching employee after employee handle food without gloves or washing hands prior, is of huge concern to me. Other than waiting to have my order taken, asking for someone to actually take my order, there was nothing fast about their service especially if I'm watching ppl behind the counter just standing there or one playing with the others' hair (and later proceeding to handle food). I had to request a refund and leave.

First off I come by around 1pm on a Monday, there is no line and I wait 15min standing there before my order is taken.i order 3 drinks and only get 2. Finally after another 15 minutes I get my food, most of it atleast, with my reciept in hand I show them I’m missing a few items, I am handed an additional fork, then the employee turns around to resume work where I then have to recall her and ask again for my missing item. They look confused even though it is on my receipt, after a yell to the other employee I then get my food. I got the Freddy fazbear delux box, for waiting 15 for the food I’d assume I was getting fresh food….nope nice and rubbery dry tenders that felt like they were sitting out under a lamp. First and absolute last time coming to this location. I’m not a person to complain
