Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes at the service stop actually has way better chicken than most Popeyes I’ve been to, even better than some of those in Louisiana. I got the food in 5 mins and the chicken was fresh, hot and crispy! Yes, it’s slightly more expensive, but it’s service stop price. The fries were a bit soggy tho, but I didn’t come here for the fries.

Customer service here is excellent. The staff try their best to satisfy the needs of customers. I really loved the spicy chicken sandwich. There’s always a lot to choose from. Fried chicken, spicy chicken sandwich, ghost pepper wings, chicken fingers, signature chicken. There are spacious seats for you to sit and enjoy your meal.

this location is the worst popeyes i’ve visited. they don’t let you use the app so you will be paying much more. and you can’t choose what chicken you want in family bundle. they don’t give you ketchup unless you ask and then you will get only a few. the people there are very rude answering questions

Pathetic service . Rude staff. To be fair they seemed understaffed, but they showed 0 hustle and ignored customers. Responded with sass and left me waiting 40 minutes.

Ordered one large size of the fries and only came with half full box. The staff literally doesn't care about it at all.
