Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Honestly I never do this, Mac and cheese had the GROSSEST taste I’ve ever had from here. (Like it had been sitting under the warmer all day or been burnt over electric griddle) Biscuits were dry as a bone, wings were COVERED in sauce so much it wasn’t edible, and the chicken sandwich was so bland all I could taste were pickles on it. Chicken had no flavor. Honestly we used to love this Popeyes, yes miss a sauce here and there but it’s fast food I don’t expect perfection After this last purchase, having to throw out basically the entire meal besides coleslaw, we won’t be coming back. I never leave bad reviews and I’m so sorry but it was actually non edible.

I just had the most unnecessarily confusing experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a Three Piece of crispy tenders, and was asked if I would like them spicy, blackened, or classic. I opted for blackened, but I received a weird, unfried, nearly undercooked chicken tender. I have never seen these in my life, nor did I know Popeyes offered them. I went inside to ask for, you know- tenders. The young girl behind the counter seemed frustrated with the misunderstanding & said they don’t have them blackened, although its stated on the menu. I said I would take them in spicy, then, and she hands me a box of BONE IN chicken (which I dont eat for religious reasons). I don’t understand how she got it wrong TWICE. On Friday night 5/9/25 just before 10pm (the store doesn’t close until 11pm), I ordered a shrimp meal that was supposed to consist of 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp, 2 chicken tenders, 2 sm sides (mashed potatoes/gravy and red beans and rice) a medium drink with a biscuit. My bill was nearly $18. The shrimp container was 95% of crunchy pieces, and I didn’t even get an equivalent of 3 shrimp, and the red beans and rice were not even a normal serving. I had to order at the pick up window, and within a minute or two, just long enough to pay for my meal a box was given to me. Which means Nothing was freshly cooked. In questioning the male at the window about my order he told me the restaurant was closing soon, so they couldn’t accommodate any of my requests due to their prep work. What? I have worke

I wasn't going to post a review but... I ordered a chicken wrap with no cheese and no pickles and received both They did not put the signature sauce in the bag for the chicken dippers. The person who was sweeping the floor didn't wash their hands before dipping their hand into the ice bin

Fries were warm. Crispy chicken tenders tasted like it was leftovers. Food didn’t taste fresh at all. Missed my strawberry cream pie I had to go back and get it
