Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Absolutely spectacular 👌 the best Popeyes I have eaten yet. Everything was perfectly fresh and nice amd hot when we got it. Biscuits were toasted to perfection and the chicken was crispy and golden!

I've never had worst service at any fast food establishment in my life. Multiple times I've placed an online order only to have wait ages at the restaurant. It doesn't end there. In every instance the order comes out wrong! My most recent trip on 12/20/2025 I was forced to wait at least 20 minutes. They put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and forgot my sweet tea. When are we going to fix this?

I was wondering how this place could have such a low rating since Popeyes is generally good food but now I know. This location is terribly run. I walked in with two young kids during lunch time when the place was empty and was “greeted” by two people very rudely. Then they were out of all dark meat and it was going to take “15-20 minutes”, so I just left. Ridiculous. They should be prepared to serve people food during meal times, and they could be at least decently nice about it. Won’t go back.

Every time I come here they either don’t have certain things or they are always rude and don’t even remember what I ordered and I ordered a 2 pc chicken large and they gave me a small drink and a huge piece of chicken that barely fit in the box and then a super small piece. This one needs either a management change or just close it for good…. They suck big time I try and avoid this place as much as possible but when I want it they are closer then southington! My food tasted funny and the drink seemed like it was out of syrup after telling me they didn’t have the dr. Pepper I wanted they gave me coke which also tasted gross!

I was there December 21 at 12:30. It was very busy and the young lady working the counter was hustling. Despite one customer being very rude she maintained her poise. She was very polite and all the chaos. It's important to remember people work hard and deserve to be treated nicely.
