Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My girls are obsessed with Popeyes and on our long drive home from NYC to CT last night we went out of our way to find one. We ended at this one, unfortunately. It was almost midnight and we were tired and hungry. We pulled into the drive thru and there were no cars in front nor behind us. The person taking orders (Jennifer?)sounded like was not in a good mood from the start. When we told her we had a coupon we wanted to use she asked for the number but we couldn't find it quick enough for her. She kept asking for it in a very rude manner, until I had to tell her to give us a minute (yes, I was annoyed by that time). She then snapped at us and was extremely rude saying "don't talk to her like that"! Blah blah blah" when she was the one that started with her bad attitude. All this happen

There could be a million alternate universes where I am rich, successful, and sipping aged cabernet on the white sand beaches of Turks and Caicos, yet none of them would even make a dent in the sheer unmatched joy i felt the moment I stepped into this Popeyes. Upon entering, I was met with a smiling and friendly face, Harold. Oh, Harold. For those of you who don't know, Harold is probably the greatest person to ever walk the surface of this Earth. He answered any questions I had and cracked jokes with me with a smile on his face and an unmatched positive attitude, all the while doing his job tasks with the upmost efficiency, passion, and respect for the art. Chicken was burnt and soaked in grease. This happens consistently.. stay away from this location

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for 6 tenders they give me cold food. The place was empty. They told me they’ll bring my food to my car just for me to have to go in and out the place to provide them with receipts when I was just in drive through. Attitudes suck and everyone is just lost.

Not what i expect i order online i went by the drive thru they say to come back in 6 minutes i came back my order wastn ready …..they give me my order incomplete everyone was lost the drive thru screen is broken the window that they give food is broken. They take to long to take orders and to give the orders ….
