I ordered a pickup order for their new Surf & Turf, I ordered it at 11:30am to pick up at 12pm. I got there at 12pm and they told me they didn't have my order yet and started making it when I got there. After 15 minutes they gave me my order or so I thought, they gave me a DoorDash order instead. I told them that this isn't mine and they told me they couldn't get me the other order under my name because I was for DoorDash. I went back and forth with them before they placed both orders on the counter, and I took the one under my name. They also forgot my drink and I had to go back inside to get it. Now for my meal. The shrimp was deep fried with the tail still on, which isn't advertised in the meal. The ice tea was warm so it was evident they poured tea over ice, and my Cole slaw was warm

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your store. ​Several issues occurred during my visit: ​Unprofessional Service: First I wanted 24 wings, but the staff member (lady Krystal)told me they only had 3. Instead of asking if I could wait, she rudely demanded I change my order. When I requested 12 tenders . It's only chicken (no meal not buddle), she showed clear frustration and was very impatient. I'm absolutely told her what I want and told her the menu price. She said she didn't understand what I talked about. ​Unfair Treatment: I tried to pay with 2 vouchers. It's TA meal voucher.She flatly refused, I am required asked another staff. even after her colleague confirmed that 2 vouchers are allowed. This felt

The lady at the front has no urgency to take care of customers. She has a really bad attitude. Took 20 minutes for my order to come out. Lady left on break while 3 customers were waiting in line. This is a truck stop shouldn’t service be quick…

Honestly, a terrible experience every time. Especially for pick up deliveries like Uber Eats & DoorDash, I dread going in because I know the food will never be on time. They wait to start it u til arrival. Staff lacks basic mannerisms, rude, and they look miserable. Time to start declining these pick ups.

Use to go here all the time and everyone used to be nice! Today 2 of the girls were Rude and nasty! The one on the register and I think her boss! I ordered a 5 piece special and wanted no wings and on the website I could do it no problem! But to order it in store they said I had to get it the way it comes and was very rude about it! Now I know why everybody orders on the website! So they don’t have to deal with Rude people! It was just an extra leg and no wing! Not like I asked for an extra breast!!!
