I was very disappointed with my experience here. The manager was surprisingly rude and even added food to my order without my permission, then insisted that we pay for it. For a Forbes 5-star restaurant, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Do they cut strips in half these days? The size is ridiculous. Coleslaw I got was also not fresh. Will not order again from this location.

Can’t believe this includes 6 pieces of chicken wings. And my fries were completely missing. Advice to future customers: please do check your order before taking any surprise home :D

Ok so I’m not the type to complain, but if I put sauce in the online order it’s not just there to be ignored. What’s the point of being able to build and customize ur order online if the people building it are just gonna ignore the simple stuff like making sure I have sauce.

I get lunch at the mall regularly and have had issues at this location in the past but definitely won't be back after today. After being straight-up ignored for a few minutes, I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and side of mac and cheese. I got three tiny tenders, maybe one of them was cooked enough to not be pink in the middle, and they gave me the wrong sauce. I got a small order of fries that I didn't order. I have no idea what the even did to the mac and cheese but it was clearly expired and inedible.
