Zander was amazing the first time i went that guy needs a raise. I’m here for the second time Shamia was awesome and polite aswell. Food was so good Atmosphere is fire i feel like im at home.

I have been to many Dave's Hot Chicken in California where I'm from, and I have never met a team member like Shamia before. She was very patient with our dumb-seeming questions about the menu and gave us overall a really good experience. She truly deserves a raise for how personable and friendly she was. The food was fire as always. 🔥

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Shamia at the Dave’s Hot Chicken in Braintree. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the level of customer service I got from him today deserves one. From the second I walked in, he was genuinely upbeat, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel way more personal than a typical fast-casual place. You could tell right away that he not only enjoys what he does, but he takes pride in making sure guests have an awesome time there. He helped explain the menu, gave a couple recommendations based on spice level, and made sure everything came out exactly how I ordered it. The young girl who was working the night of 1/31/26 around 930 pm was an absolute delight. She greeted me with a smile and hello before I even got to the counter. I ordered ahead so when I received the food she made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Food was hot and as always very good.
