Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went inside to pick up our mobile orders that we'd placed online. We got there, and they asked us if we were DoorDash. We told the employee up there we were picking up our mobile orders and told her our names. Then she said she didn’t see those names and turned back around and ignored us. I waited until she turned back around and asked her if the store location was correct. She said yes, and I then told her again that it was a mobile order and not a DoorDash order. Then the “manager” (the old white lady with the bun) then goes and “checks” to see if she has seen our orders. She also claims that she hadn’t seen our order. Then she eventually finally went over to her register and “looked” to see if our names went through. She then said those orders were already given out and then acted as if

Worst lady manager in history! How you gonna start making my food and leave it out for 10 MINUTES on the counter. And then proceed to tell me you are making my order and tell me the wrong things in it. Nahh. We done done now! Thanks bye!

Entire staff is a joke. Manager Debra refuse to give a refund after her employees purposely messed my order. Wanted spicy chicken but they only had it in the thighs as long as they were spicy and still gave me regular. Went back to complain only for them to refuse to even open the window to talk or even ask me to leave instead I had to call multiple times for the manager Debra to finally pick after 10 times for to yell at to come back tomorrow because she did not want to deal with it

If I could give it zero stars I would. We waited in line and no acknowledgement. Stood there for a good 3-4 minutes and about four employees walks right by us and nothing is said. As soon as we walked off the lady at the front acknowledged the person behind us which was of a different race. I had to order off the app just to get service because no one even acknowledged us. If it was the other way around it would have went a different attitude. This is the reason why we have been avoiding Popeyes here lately. We should get the same courtesy no matter the race or color but instead we were treated wrongfully. This was supposed to be a 1/4 lb of shrimp and this is what he got. Not worth it.

This location just keeps getting worse! You can’t even make an order online and they get it wrong. How do you get an order wrong, when it’s in writing right in front of you?
