Absolutely horrible experience the drive through lady who took our order was extremely rude she couldn't take our order right she continued to ignore us on the intercom we pulled up did not receive all of our food and when she asked what was our drinks we had to tell her 4 times and she still got it wrong once the drinks were passed to us she quickly slammed her window so she wouldn't have to hear us tell her she messed up our order very bad service will never be going back to this popeys again! (Do better popeyes) majority of reviews is how rude the employees are maybe you should look into it an do some house cleaning with your employees!!

*Not Recommend* *Extremely Rude Staff* We made a specific request for our food to be cooked well done, I specifically kindly asked repeatedly for the chicken and French fries to be cooked extra crispy. However, our dining experience fell short of expectations. The French fries were served lukewarm and soggy, rendering them inedible. While the chicken was cooked, it could have benefited from a slightly longer cooking time for optimal doneness. Very dirty, unprofessional, rude, serve employees before customers who have been waiting for 20 minutes. There were multiple different people in the lobby waiting. There was a total of 5 people in there and not one person even paid attention to us. We went in at 7:25 and didn’t wanna serve us because there lobby closed at 7:30.

They always forget something so make sure to check your order. The food is fine but they are so slow plan to wait at least 30min.

I ordered through the online app, a driver accepted the order and then refused to pick it up telling me they said they were out of chicken. I called and spoke with Andrea and she assured me that was not the case and she did not see my order. She took my order again and had it ready for me when I had to come through the drive thru now only 10 minutes away from their closing time. She was so kind and helpful, it was refreshing.
