This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered food and became very disappointed. The prices are outrageous but the quality is even worst. I asked for honey bbq wings and the way they look is ridiculous and also cold. I’ve asked for fresh fries they always say they just came out but by time I leave the lot they are as cold as ice… I truly hate this place and wish they just close down for good… do not go here EVER!!!! Mgmt plz don’t comment because yall always say yall are sorry and will do things differently and never do… a true shame and a waste of space!! Truly over priced for 💩 food

The workers are nice, but the food is not great at this location. The homestyle Mac and cheese is always served as if it was reheated and not fresh. There's chunks of cheese, not melted cheese. And the top layer is basically plastic.

Put in a mobile order for my son after his football game. Pulled up to the speakerbox at like 10:20. The store says they are opened until 11 PM. They tell me they are out of chicken sandwiches, they are out of tenders and out of most of the order because it is close to closing. I could see if it was 10 minutes before closing. Not 35 minutes. Might as well just close at 10. Then they tell me to come back in the morning for the food. I say please just cancel and ask for a receipt. They tell me I have to call customer service to get a refund. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Absolute circus.

The night manager is very argumentative I spent $45 on some BS food than I realized that my daughter fries portion was very small I asked if they can add some fries the manager with a hostile attitude said that you only suppose to get 25 fries. I paid $4.02 for these bull and got dismissed for asking for some extra fries. After speaking with the manager, she started lecturing the employees like they were the problem meanwhile she was. Super clean. Fast service. The team was very professional, and accommodating. There is parking around the location. The inside of the restaurant was very clean, and orderly. This site also has the strawberry biscuits. And they were great. 10/10
