Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Still no seafood. Can't buy a large combo without extra! Nearly $25 and i had to explain I ordered a large combo. Madrano was the manager on duty out of seafood for months - shrimp 11311 lockwood is a better location.

This Popeyes establishment is pretty good, but it has some issues. First, the service is great... but I've had several long wait times. I don't mean like 10 minutes or 15 minutes, but like 30 minutes-1 hour wait times. I don't blame the workers but more so the system, seeing how it either makes my online orders disappear or they don't get it till later. Second, the atmosphere is terrible! Inside, it's nice but could use a touchup but outside is an entirely different ordeal. The outside is grim and bland, you can barely tell it's a popeyes without the gigantic sign. I won't be too harsh on it since this store is pretty old, so I can give it a bit of a pass. Overall, it's fine but just be warned that this place could have long wait times.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your trip and go somewhere else. Food is given disgusting/OLD, on top of that the staff is distracted on their phones and would ALWAYS forget something from your order, the so call manager seen me come back and just stood their holding her laugh. Called back to get the “Manager’s” name, light skin short female who always has her hair in a Bun, and refuse to do, got hung up on.

I ordered 4 spicy chicken and I got cold 🥶 chicken and when I talked to cashier she was so rude and I didn't even ask for refund I left there 😤 I will never come back again 😤

The service was SUPER slow because it seems each customer had a complicated order (or more food had to be cooked). I honestly think it took the better part of 1/2 hour to get through the ordering process. The food was ok, but it was overpriced. The biscuit was thin and over cooked. There were no utensils in the bag to eat the red beans and rice. The chicken wings were emaciated, but the chicken breasts were sizable and juicy. This was my first time at the store, and I dare say I will not make any special effort to go back there. The staff was nice, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
