So the other day... I pulled up on Bros J Suya in Beltsville, and bruh—it went from “I’m just grabbing a bite” to “this is a whole experience.” From the jump, that charcoal fire aroma wrapped around me like a warm handshake from back home. Let’s break it down: Chicken wings kissed by flame—smoky, juicy, layered with bold, spicy seasoning. Not dry, not greasy. Just right. Best suya in town. But two things I noticed 1. They will touch the suya with gloves and accept money with those same gloves. Home boy went back to touch food after accepting my money. 2. They made the side of pepper sauce smaller and depending on who is serving you sometimes they act like you can’t have another one. It’s not enough for a small bowl.

The building is beautiful. The music is beautiful. The atmosphere is beautiful. I bought a TRAY OF SUYA. I almost finished the whole TRAY EATING Before I got home. Suya is really GOOOD.

They have really good Suya but have a habit of using the same gloves they touch food with to accept cash and then use the same gloves to go right back to handling food. If this can be worked on. It’s really unsanitary Someone made a comment about it a while ago but seems nothings changed.
