Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Wanted to give a big shout out to the afternoon crew from this past Monday ( 12-8-2025 ) around 8:30pm. !!!! From the beginning of our order thru the drive thru , the gentleman was super respectful and nice and even though we had a difficult order of just 3 chicken sandwiches, he took care of it with no problem.... Even when we paid he made sure everything was to our wants, repeated the order again and then the lady was also nice that packed up our food and handed us the bag. They even marked our sandwiches with the correct ingredients. ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE WE RAN INTO A GOOD FRIENDLY CREW like this one. And the sandwiches were great ! Keep it up team .

I ordered 50/50. The regular was ok. The spicy was horrible. It was burnt, so overcooked you couldn't chew it. I thought with this store being remodeled food would be better - so wrong. Well this was my last order from popeye. Look at this picture

In as much as I don’t like fast foods,this day I had to,I was soooo hungry that I could not help it🤣.Cheating once in a while doesn’t hurt,I decided to look for the nearest Popeyes and found this one.,I drove 26mins since I was on my way to Dallas.i was happy and ordered the family combo. I enjoyed the delicious chicken and biscuit👌👌🫶and my cravings were satisfied 🤞😊

I always hate to give a bad review, but the people that work here are awful. As soon as we walk in the door, it seems that an employee is about to have an altercation with a belligerent customer. My wife had several questions at the counter which went ignored. Had another question when they brought our food, and the woman acted like she did not exist. To top it off, they left out my order and had to chase them down and overly explain that we did not get our food. After all this, I did not even taste the food. Will never come here again, and will gladly pass the word to anyone I know that is considering it. If you don’t have thick skin, a sidearm, or boxing gloves, this is not the place for you.

This location was awesome. Jazmene was super friendly and very professional. The food was hot and fresh. They ran out of pies and we waited and my gosh worth the wait. Definitely worth my cheat meal lol IYKYK 😆 Yummy food great customer service. Thank you 😊
