Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is usually my favorite Popeyes, until today!!!! The biscuits were hard as a brick and the shrimp was cold and stale. When I took the food back I got more hard biscuits. Not an apology the manager just looked up and told the cashier get the ones from a different tray but from the back. They were hard too!!! Worst experience ever!!! Didn’t even bother to ask for more shrimp after the second order of biscuits was hard. I’ll never go back. Got home and although I’m not surprised look at the Mac & cheese

Never eat here.everyone is strung out and the food is awful and old. I love Popeyes and live 2 minutes walk from here. I drive to SE DC before I eat here. You’ll see. They want the fewest customers every day and night. If you go at 8 PM the fries were made at the 2 PM shift change

Terrible Experience with Rude Staff, Especially Manager Jack 😑 I recently visited the Popeyes on King St, and I have to say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff, from the cashiers to the manager and supervisor, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. The manager, Jack, was particularly unprofessional. He had no manners whatsoever and treated customers like an inconvenience rather than guests. His attitude was unacceptable, and it’s clear he has no idea how to manage a team or interact with people in a respectful manner. The cashiers were no better—unfriendly and dismissive, as if they didn’t want to be there. The lack of basic customer service skills made the entire visit unpleasant. I stopped by on my way home from work and ordered a 5 piece tenders combo with mashed potatoes and fries. I also ordered a regular mac and cheese. Once I arrived home I was missing the mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese instead I received red beans and rice. I'm extremely disappointed as the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were for my daughter unfortunately this location is 15 minutes from me and having to get my daughter in the car and return is hassle I just wish I would've received my full order but what I did receive was good.

Second time that this happens, missing my large fries...and I know I should have check my order before leaving but when you an a hurry, and you are paying 53 dollars for a 8 piece combo. You expect all your order be completed. And when I call and complain they hang the phone on me. Definitely no Popeyes from this location for me. Everyone rude .
