PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! I filed a constructive complaint in December- it looks like the staff has noted my account because they retaliated on my order again. The order I placed online (custom choice of chicken)/online receipt, the paper receipt and the actual order received were all different. How were they able to override the online/system order? In the first incident, I forgot to stop at the drive-thru speaker to say that I was picking up an online order. It was an honest mistake, and I apologized right away, but they still retaliated on my order- gave me wrong or poor quality items- such petty behavior! My online order was 4 thighs, 4 breasts, 2 legs. I received 4 wings, 3 legs, 1 thigh, 1 breast classic and 1 breast spicy. Missing: 3 thighs and 3 breasts classic Poor quality r

Fresh and hot chicken, just as it should be! The ladies here were amazing with their service. Drive thru order on a random Wednesday evening. They were not busy at the moment but still managed to serve me fresh and crispy fries!!!

I got a 3 piece tenders for $1 as a T-Mobile Tuesday deal, and I was very surprised by how tasty it was. Each of the 3 tenders was perfectly crispy on the outside, super juice on the inside, and had just the right amount of kick! And they were ready and waiting for me before I got there and I was in and out of the store with my pickup in less than 60 seconds. Truly a perfect order/experience in every way. Thanks!

I went around 9pm and there was only one young lady working. She was handling both the drive-thru and the front, but she managed everything very well. I requested all dark meat, so I waited about 8–10 minutes, but the chicken was fresh and worth the wait.

The person who works in night and if I have to be more specific then it was today the date is 10th of February 2026 the time was about night 10:30 to 11pm so the management can know who was on the shift… so the person is very rude , very weird, so much attitude and I’m not sure if he is normal mentally and that was scary I came there to pick up my order and he was very rude and he was making weird face and I’m not surprised why this store has 3 star rating Will never come there and will never send my friends who work just beside in McDonalds and if the management thinks it’s just a review then that’s how you loose your customers if you have bad people working there. And if someone 💔 else reading this please don’t go and save your time from this stupidity
