Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Never again will I eat at Popeyes. Ordered a 3 piece and the pieces of chicken are so small it's sad I will NEVER recommend them and will tell people to go someplace else and spend the crap ton of money it cost to get 3 tiny pieces of over cooked chicken this is unacceptable. Also can anyone see the problem with my mash potatoes and gravy?

Waiting 20+ minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich on my lunch break is the reason for this review. Do better popeyes. People come through the drive thru to get a quick lunch if I wanted to wait more than 5 minutes I would have ate inside.

Just ordered pickup for tonight’s dinner and I was very disappointed . I got the spicy 8 piece family meal and the flavor was not on par with how Popeyes is supposed to be . Lack of salt and spices just tasted like dry chicken , half of the pieces were fresh but the other half was black and looks like it’s been sitting way past the time in the warmer .

I’ve been coming here regularly and I’m done. Love Popeyes but it’s bare minimum 20 minute wait every time I go in the drive thru. Slowest drive thru in anchorage next to Mountain View McDonald’s. Dude also just brought me the wrong order. Careless attitudes

I love Popeyes however it can be hit or miss with them. This last time I went and the chicken was not good, they only had dark meat and some of the chicken was bigger than normal and some was the regular size. They have gone up again in the prize, but the quality is going down. To be fair, the time before last when I went, the ghost pepper hot wings were fresh and sooo good!!! All the employees seem great and welcoming.
