My first time going. I normally don't care for fried chicken. My daughter wanted it, so I obliged. I have to admit its really good! I had the ghost pepper sandwich, and will definitely return. Nice suprise!

Second time eating at this location and the service was so much better than the first time. Manager lady is so nice and personable to the customers and the quality of Popeye's is finally back at what it should be at this location. I'll keep coming back for sure. Do not place an order at night for this location. I've now witnessed the night shift manager Pierre and one other team member eating food intended for customers. They are preparing food without handwashing or gloves. I waited over 23 minutes for an order long enough to see this. One employee, Nick was scrambling trying to run the register, drive thru, and make sandwiches during a dinner rush. He asked for help multiple times ( Pierre the manager), but received no assistance. He'd touched the register, his face, and hair; but did not wash his hands or put on gloves before preparing sandwiches. I first went through the drive through but couldn’t decide on what I wanted so I went inside. A gentleman named Reggie helped me and was just amazing. It took me quite awhile to order and I changed my order a few times while ordering and he never once made me feel as though I was being too much. He was very polite and pleasant and called me mamm the entire interaction. His customer service is amazing and honestly very refreshing in these current times. This guy seriously needs a raise!!

I recently ordered online Feb 6th 2026 @ 6:40 pm. Total of $31.01  and when I arrived at store #10342 id notice that no one was wearing hair nets or gloves. I then tried to communicate it to one of the young ladies and immediately I was met with resistance. I shared that they were supposed to wear hair net and gloves when handling food because of cross contamination. The Drive thru person was taking money and without washing their hands went straight and fix food. They never fixed my order and called the police on me said that I was being disrespectful by saying anything and one young lady mentioned that I should call my boyfriend and have him come and spray me whatever that meant.  When the police I was told to go to the app and cancel my order but there was no way of doing that because t
