Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I come to this location at least 5 times a week, but the wait time is always an issue. The last 5 times, I had to wait about 10 minutes after arriving, even when ordering ahead. This last time, I placed my order 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait almost 30 more minutes, Because of the long wait, I ended up having to eat my food cold. I really like the food, but the service needs improvement,

Although our English is not good, the young man was very helpful with our order. We really appreciate his patience and would like to tell the owner, you got an amazing staff. The food was nice too, but the service was definitely a highlight.

Didn't put half my drive through order in the bag, and never responded to Popeyes corporate about refund request. No one answers the phone here either. In other cases I've had small issues like missing biscuits, but a huge portion of an order going missing with zero response from management borders on intentional theft. If you eat here, always check your whole order before leaving because management has no interest in doing the right thing.

Good but first time im seeing a manager treat her employees bad in my presence and weve been customers of this chain for 14 years. Stressful environment. The food tastes old and like it had been sitting for forever. The staff was courteous but constantly getting yelled by manager

5pc Tender was hard and tough to chew. The biscuit looked old, and the apple pie was dry. And also, I had to repeat the order multiple times. Red beans and rice were cold. I took the drive thru.
