Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

You may think that persistence pays off. I did too, until I finally gave up on Popeye’s. Well, almost. You might also think it’s positive for a restaurant to be consistent. And it is. Just not when it’s consistently bad. The problem is not the food, which is usually pretty good, when you can get it. That’s the only reason I keep trying. Jesus, these people are slow. Often it’s the same story. I walk in. There may or may not be a single person in line. And I just stand there. No greeting. No nothing. Just the mouth-breathing crew aimlessly walking around behind the counter. And I stand there. And I stand some more. A few glances at my watch while the frustration starts to rise. Then eventually I boil over and walk out the door empty handed. I feel like a drug abuser or a battered spous

I’m so sick and tired of this Popeyes. Location is convenient but everything else sucks!!! They always out of something. They say it’s gone be 5 minute wait and 30 minutes later your coming back to be told another 10 minutes. It’s always some kinda problem here. Kids talking and playing not working. Talking blunt and rude. I’m not asking for chick-fil-a service but I do at least want to feel welcomed to spend a dollar. I’m not coming back. I’d rather drive 8miles to the other Popeyes than this one.

RIDICULOUSLY SLOW service!! I waited at the drive-through for no less than 10 minutes before I could even place an order, and then had to go inside where I waited an additional 15 before I could pickup my online order!! This is not the first case of such service, but it will be the last because I'm never coming here again. The manager should be ashamed of themselves. This is a management issue due to being CHRONICALLY understaffed. (Just look at the other reviews!) The 3 guys working were running themselves ragged, 1 in particular was trying to handle both drive-thru and walk-in customers while also fulfilling the orders himself. There needed to be at least another 2-3 people!, especially during a weekend evening rush! With Chick-fil-A opening just around the corner, I expect this location

DON’T COME HERE. I ordered food on the app, once I went through the drive through I was told they did not have chicken frying and I would take about 12 minutes. I waited about half an hour a lady that ordered after me got her food before me. Therefore, I went through the drive through one more time , turns out they had chicken but not fries and I was told It would be about 3 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and left. This happen Saturday night January 10 . I don’t know if the morning crew it’s different but the night crew it’s definitely not.

First off let me say that when we walked in, we were greeted & we placed our order. I forgot the ladies name that took our order. I feel really bad for forgetting her name. She was Amazing. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & it's options. She had a great personality. She took our order, brought our food to us, made sure that we had everything we needed & was happy. It was such a nice change. Every employee there was pretty great. Our food was hot & fresh, very tasty. The restaurant & restrooms were very clean. Even the trash can area was clean. The drink & condiment area was clean. Overall this experience with Popeyes was Amazing. I'm glad we stopped to take a break from our road trip. Will recommend this location.
