Fredi’s Bakery is my go-to spot for real sourdough. The bread has that perfect tang, great crust, and you can tell it’s made by someone who actually cares about what she’s doing. I love that Fredi switches up the varieties every week—it keeps things interesting and they’re consistently good. Ordering through the app is painless, and picking up on Fridays has become a pleasure! If you like proper bread, this place is worth it.

Love, love, love Fredi's sourdough bread! I buy the plain and seeded version. Tastes also wonderful toasted, so I slice it and freeze it the day after I pick it up, so I can enjoy it longer.
