Polmart

Prepared food and dinners have definitely gone down hill recently. Cold cuts, canned foods and refrigerated items are good, but same items available elsewhere. We have definitely reduced our shopping here. The pnly thing that keeps us coming back is the available off-street parking.

This is a specialty Polish market and I went there specifically to get a dish for Christmas Eve. (It was my first time there, because I was looking for a certain dish) The line for their fresh cut meats & cold cuts was the entire length of the store, so it must be good. It is not a dine-in place. The store looked well-kept & clean. The refrigerated cases were shining and full. I will certainly return in the future.

Great food at affordable prices. Quality deli meats that they cook themselves, prepared meals, delicious cakes, pastry, and bread. There are times when the store is very busy and cramped because it's very popular. Try to come by 11 before the lunch rush or after 2. Be warned, the good stuff might be gone in the afternoon.

Apparently you can only do 1 review of Polmart. I would LOVE to give one 5 STAR review EACH time I go. Because POLMART of Linden on Stiles Street past the Bowling Pin on the Left Side; if you are coming from 1&9. Today is 2.13.25 and I stopped in to get SOUP. 4 soup choices (TOMATO soup - was my choice today) and their SALMON lunch / dinner is PHENOMENAL. Had it about 3x in the past. Always get my favorite Polish foods here!!! I’ve worked at a Polish store in Linden, MANY MANY MANY YEARS AGO…. Not Polmart And my MOM (was the best cook) & my Babcia (she taught my Mom & I’m sure she’s still cooking in Poland). THEIR FOOD WAS 5 stars and POLMART is my #1 choice for AUTHENTIC, TASTY, PRICED RIGHT & GENEROUS portions for the $. TRUST ME… The food is ON POINT!!!! I can cook all these mea

You know how the Innuit Indians have so many words for snow? The Polish language has enough love in its heart to hold two deli cases worth of assorted kielbasa names and other sausage deliciousness, including my favorite blood sausage - kiszka. The place doesn't look like much, but helpful and beautiful Polish women will navigate you through your choices. There's also fresh-baked breads, prepared Polish meals and grocery shelves to explore. Give yourself some time to explore this little slice of Polish heaven.
