Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar

This was my first seafood boil and I was absolutely blown away!!!! I got the spice level and it was delicious and perfect amount of spice! I thought I would be able to devour the whole bag! I ended up taking some shrimp home which is okay. Crystal served us and she was amazing, efficient and kind! She was also very helpful with guiding the menu! Will definitely be coming back! Loved the bibs and gloves, it was a cute touch.

I'd give this place 5 stars all the way around, but the lady trying to sell us pictures was a mild turn off. That said, the food and entertainment here were out of this world amazing! The live DJ was so much fun too. Don't let the picture lady turn you off from going though. The food and entertainment are still worth the uncomfortable conversation of declining a $25 picture in a dollar store picture frame.

AL was great at her customer service … PLUS …. She was at the bar … she needs a RAISE PRONTO !!! ❤️❤️ good atmosphere… everyone looking to see if you need anything… asking if you need anything… plus - Events events events going on during whole months !!!! AL thank youuuu for your service 🙂

I had an excellent experience at Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar and a big reason why was our server, **Kim**. She was truly outstanding. Kim was incredibly friendly, professional, and paid attention to every little detail throughout our meal. What impressed me most was how effortlessly she balanced being attentive without being intrusive. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude and great customer service really elevated the entire dining experience. Servers like Kim are the reason people come back. She’s an absolute asset to the restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an awesome experience at Hook & Reel recently, and I honestly felt like it deserved a full review because everything about the visit was great. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was next level. What really made the whole experience stand out though was Kim. From the moment we sat down, Kim was on top of everything. Super friendly, welcoming, and just one of those people who clearly cares about making sure customers have a great time. She explained the menu, gave us recommendations, and checked in the perfect amount—not too much, not too little.
