Pollo Campero

The first time going here and I can say it was an excellent experience with the food being fresh, juicy, crispy and with amazing flavor. Like many others are saying yes it is kind of like the kfc but with a latin twist. The only reason why I gave it this a 4 star. Because I think the best thing they should have done is added some type of latin dipping sauce, such as cilantro garlic sauce or a special spicy sauce. I also can say that the Cholula was not watered down like other places and the ketchup has a nice story about the place. Will definitely back again.

We placed an online order for drive thru pickup for a family meal and there was a missing drink. We went back and they fixed the order and more and were very apologetic. Thank you so much! The chicken was great as usual. If you haven't tried their chicken, I highly suggest it. I'm very happy to see more Pollo Camperos opening up across South Florida.

Finally decided to give this place a try! Went through the drive-thru and got the 4 piece special. They have the option of grilled, fried or both. I got both. It comes with two sides. I got plantains and coleslaw. Both sides were decent. Both the fried and grilled were fresh and juicy. The grilled tasted similar to KFC’s grilled chicken. It had an herby taste. The fried was a bit salty but had great flavors and a tiny kick of spice. Customer service was great, compared to other places in the area. I spent about $16. I think it is worth trying!

The food is delicious like always. Pollo Campero is the best. The service at this location is not so good though. They have no organization, no workers helping at the register. The lines are long and only 1 person running orders. I waited about 45 minutes to an hour just to get my food I have been to many other locations, this one definitely has the worst service of them all. If you walk in and there's a line be ready to wait a LONG time.

It was an early lunch for me when I arrived at this establishment. I didn't think they would be open. However, not only was I wrong, but they took my order with efficiency. My food was prepared rather fast. The benefit of being early is the fast service. The food was delicious, and the maintenance from the bathroom to the table was outstanding.
