Pollo Campero Covina

The staff was very friendly, and the location was clean and conveniently situated, especially with the drive-through option. However, the taste didn’t resemble Pollo Campero at all.

I had such a great experience at this restaurant. Everything looked clean and well taken care of, which really stood out to me. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. And the food was absolutely amazing! The chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and I loved the plantains. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

I did have some issues when they had started ,there were times more than 3 in a row I’d missed a side of tortillas burnt chicken, or a missing piece I did call and send an email to headquarters and they told me Ashley will be in charge , turns out she’s so young so nice ,with all my respect she’s dedicated,beautiful, she’s got what it takes. Thank you Ashley you saved Pollo Campero because I was already tired but since you took over my chicken has been complete and thank you for everything. Service was really quick. I had the food on my table in under a minute. I enjoyed the taste of the food and I like how clean it is.
