Wow! This is the second time I’ve gone to the Polk City Library to get passports renewed and both times I’ve had AMAZING experiences! I love that you can schedule an appointment online and just show up and get it done. Linda, the lovely evenings and weekend lady, was SUCH a great help! She clearly knows what she’s doing and was very helpful! We chose to have my daughter’s photo taken there too and Linda did such a great job (we joked about how sometimes official document photos look like mug shots!) Even my teenaged daughter approved of the photo :) The whole process was simple and Linda was even thoughtful enough to offer me an extra copy of my official documents so that we could have one on hand while the original was being sent off! The combined fee for the photo and service fee was VE

Alan is an outstanding employee going above and beyond giving friendly assistance with numerous things. My elderly mother has requested his help for various things such as help with her phone and a replacement Driver’s License, I hope he reads this and knows his non-judgmental and efficient help is very much appreciated.

Came here to get my passport, while the younger woman was pleasant, the older one was very rude. They also charged an extra $50 a person as a “service fee” which was not mentioned on their website.
