Poke Inc & Hibachi (Hamilton Mill)

This place has a nice casual ambience. It was my first time there and they have a method to building your own bowl. 1st, select your base type of rice), 2nd, choose your protein, 3rd - you get a choice of toppings (as many as you like), 4th, choose your sauce, and lastly, you choose your garnish. They have a variety of choices and it might be good to look at the menu online so you have an idea of what they offer. 1 point off for small sized amount of salmon put in my bowl.

I ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi from this restaurant. I have to say it was spectacular! These guys were super friendly, their energy was happy and positive, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

My husband and I checked this spot out tonight and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent — they took the time to explain the differences in the foods and helped us pick the right bowl for each of us. My husband is such a picky eater, and even he said he will definitely be back. That says a lot!

Everyone was so kind and friendly at the restaurant. Ordering on the iPad was very easy. I love being able to make it the way I like it. They had really great options. The beef gyoza were a rare find. It’s always veggie or pork. Loved the beef and crispness of the wonton! The poke bowl was one of the best that I’ve ever had including in Hawaii. All the ingredients were so fresh. The portion was generous. Everything was flavorful and worked well together. I loved it. I only wish I lived closer. When I come back to see my client, I’m definitely coming back. What a local gem!

Great food, absolutely GREAT FOOD. The ramen bowl that I got was so flavorful. The spicy sauce I got on the side and only used half of it, which was perfect for me. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was great, the employee(s) that assisted us was simply amazing! I definitely recommend TEPPAN Poke & Ramen!!
