Pogey's Family Restaurant

First off, Stephanie gave impeccable service. She asked the cook if he could accommodate my request, which he did. She was prompt and pleasant. The food was cooked to perfection!!! If you’re a fishing enthusiast like myself, you’ll love the decor. Restroom was spacious and clean. I even snagged a cool fishing mug for my spouse. First time visit but certainly not my last.

My grandma and I stopped in for brunch from out of town. It was a bit chaotic when we got there with a line of people and unsure whether we were supposed to sign in or wait for a waitress. We ended up sitting at the bar. Once seated the food was super fast and absolutely delicious. We got a cheeseburger and a Reuben omelette. Both were fantastic. Small town atmosphere and everyone was very nice. Will absolutely go back again.

A good friend recommended we go here & we're glad she did. The food was excellent. Reminded me of the family owned diners I went to as a kid. My husband had the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was a huge portion & so good. I ordered chicken fried steak & was not disappointed. Our server was so friendly as was each staff member that we encountered. Fair pricing too. Will definitely be returning.

Great food at Okeechobee. Great prices for the amount of food. Senior menu. This is where the locals go. We always stop here for breakfast when we travel to Oveido. Normally busy - put the people and cooks are fast. Food is always hot. Great tasting coffee. Biscuits are great add butter and honey. Highly recommend 😊😋🐟 Ate there a second time for lunch. Under 30.00 for two. BLT and Open Face Roast Beef. Open face was really good. Great tasting home made Cole slaw. Home made corn bread was a bit dry. Fries were great. Quantity of food was excellent. Time that food was served was the speedy side. Bacon could have been cooked longer for the blt.

Pogey’s is a great spot! The service is fast and the food is always good. It’s a perfect place to grab lunch or breakfast, especially when you’re looking for something quick and satisfying. Everything comes out fresh, and the experience is always easy and enjoyable. Definitely a solid go-to place.
