I rate this based on my experience solely. I ordered a small cappuccino and a cinnamon roll. The cappuccino was not as strong as it should have been. The shots were pulled too lightly. I was told the cinnamon roll was made fresh, yet it certainly did not taste like it. I went here for a quick breakfast, thinking it would be equivalent to a bakery. They advertise doughnuts yet only had three options. This place may have great cakes and plenty of other things, but in my experience, I would not go back here with expectations of it being a fresh bakery. Their extensive menu makes me think they are a jack of all trades, but master of none. Again, I am only rating this based on my experience with only getting two items. Pocono Dessert Co. did the cake and desserts for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with the results! Tracey was so easy to communicate with. She offered great suggestions for types of desserts, quantities to order, decorations, and worked tirelessly to make make sure the colors matched what I wanted. I didn't see her come in to the venue but everything was beautifully arranged. Most of all, everything was delicious! The cookie dough cake pops were a big hit and I loved the lemon cake she made for my husband and me. It was the perfect size for just us. I had so many compliments on the desserts and people were eating them up! I had almost no leftovers, and what was remaining was quickly eaten the next day! If you have an event this is the place for all things desserts! Everything looks sooo beautiful that your guests won’t want to eat anything since it is so pretty but once they do they will go back for seconds. I ordered these for my friends bridal shower and the dessert table was the center of attention. All pictures were taken by it. The owner customized everything for us to fit our theme and gave great recommendations. I drove 3 hours out of my way to pick these up and it was worth it. No dessert place in NY or NJ is as good as this place. Price point they are affordable. Prettiest creations. Best tasting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tracey & Chris, owners of Pocono Dessert Co. are the definition of a small business putting their heart and soul into this game, and their product shows it. Our guests loved everything, and Tracey did an excellent job coming in, setting up, and making everything beautiful while the ceremony was going on. After consulting briefly in person, she was available to go over ideas and confirm pricing with me whenever I needed. Two weeks before the wedding I came in person to review final details and I had the pleasure of meeting a part of the family, and they're all lovely! Her donuts are incredible, and the varieties offered allows something for everyone! In addition to that, they make a pretty great cup of coffee! This cozy little bakery cafe adds a perfect flair for any occasion you need to celebrate. The husband and wife duo really are a match made in heaven and so is the flavors and quality of their cakes. This is literally high-end big city expectation and very affordable at only $4.00 a slice. You came to the rescue and saved a Three Birthday Celebration this week. Thank you and we will be back for more sweets.
