Dunkin'

Order two coffees they were great finally for once, but the food was half assed like every other time I go asked for extra cream cheese and I would say I got about a teaspoon of it on my bagel and for the avacadl toast I got I paid extra for bacon and didn’t get the bacon. Supper disappointed should checked the food before I left.

Good evening Google Family. I visited today to purchase some decaf coffee, black with butter pecan. I also purchased some hash browns. The coffee tasted so delicious, after being in the room all night with no coffee. We have a coffee maker in the room, but a friend mentioned not to touch the coffee maker. You don't know when they cleaned it, or if at all. I decided to take their advice and not to drink the coffee in the room. A good experience here today. I ordered a triple frozen mocha coffee they brought something completely different. I showed her the pic on the app and she went back put chcoavite syrup and whip cream on the top came back gave me the same thing and said extra $53cents. Mind u i paid and they did the wrong order and now charging extra for their mistake. Instead of apologizing this Mia girl came out with her nasty attitude like I should not have said something. I purchased 2 of the same drink they tasted like milk and water waste of my money and please don’t but their hash browns, they are burnt and taste like the fry them in old oil. Mia I hope you see my review your attitude stinks please go take some customer service class or a course. I wish I could rate this location zero!!!! Disgusting!!!!

I don’t understand why every time I go to this dunkin the drive thru line is extremely long and takes forever to get through when they have a decent amount of staff inside. I waited in the stupid drive thru line for 30 minutes today for 1 medium iced cookie butter cloud latte and I was over 30 minutes late to work because of it. There’s literally never been a time where I haven’t had to wait in a long line since the renovations happened. Then when you get to the window the workers are moving in like slow motion, absolutely no pep in their step at all as if they don’t know the line is almost out the parking lot. Something needs to change whether it be staff or whatever because before renovations, this was not happening as frequently.

We were staying at a nearby resort for a few days and visited this dunkin since the reopening day and the next 2 days. The first 2 days the coffees we ordered were fine no issues the last day of our trip we order our coffee's, same as we always do and when my husband bring mine back they forget to put in caramel and its not drinkable. He takes the trip back to ask for caramel they put caramel in it but it still tasted horrible so he asked the employee to put more in and it did not change at all. I believe the espresso was a bad batch as his hot coffee tasted fine but my coffee with an espresso shot tasted horrible he left after being refused to add more caramel to the drink. I went back at around 1pm and the employees working there were very nice and accommodating to me and remade my drink
