Plaza Del Mariachi

We stopped here while we were in Kinston and had a really good meal. The chips tasted homemade and were crunchy. My child had the children's chicken quesadilla, which was filled with grilled chicken. He loved it. The fries were also crispy. I had the steak Enchiladas de steak. I thought they were good. The red sauce was a bit sweet, which I didn't love. My friend had the chicken bowl and she was she liked it, especially the plantains! We had dessert: the churros and the fried cheesecake. The churros were thumbs up: sugary, soft, but crispy and had a filling in the middle. My son loved the ice cream, but didn't love the cheesecake- I'm not sure he knew what it was exactly lol. We were sat quickly. There were a handful of people in the restuarant. There was music, but it wasn't too loud.

Fantastic guacamole! Probably the best I’ve ever had. The burritos were amazing and huge. Wonderful service. Nice atmosphere and plenty of street parking. Highly recommended.

This was excellent!!! The food & the service was fabulous. This establishment may become my favorite Mexican restaurant.

Great Service! My first visit and I thought it was going to be an average experience with average food. But as soon as we entered we were greeted by multiple people. That set the atmosphere for me. I really felt like they appreciated my business and the staff was genuinely friendly. The food was great too! Never thought I would get that in Kinston, lol. I am definitely going again.

This has been our favorite place! We’re obsessed with the location in Jacksonville, so we were thrilled to see it here in kinston! I love the fajitas, but I tried something new - The Choripollo Quesadilla! This was the lunch portion and I still had some leftover. Soo good!
