Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Inside seating and a outdoor seating in the rear, which you can enter also. Paid parking both on the street and lots. Handicap accessible in front entrance, with a slight slope. In the rear to the outside seating is also accessible from the sidewalk and from the inside.

I have checked out many different PlayaBowls locations in the past, but none of them compare to PlayaBowls in Pleasantville !!!!! This place is the place to go. When I go in, the girl who usually takes my order is always there , Believe her name is Briana or Bri not 100% sure . She is a young girl with dark hair, looks very Italian. She is super adorable, very personable and well-mannered, always has a smile on her face, and always helps me out! There are a bunch of others girls I see there often and they are fantastic as well :) Great food, great atmosphere, great music, overall-great place to go. My boys are obsessed too … definitely recommend :) !!!!

Good bowls with a lot of options for bases, not just açaí. Quick delivery of items after order. A lot of seating options outdoor and limited indoor, two bathrooms. The bowls are delicious and the ingredients taste fresh. My only thing is that like all bowl places, the bowls are overstuffed so it's always messy to start eating it.

Was looking for a new smoothie spot and decided to give this place a try for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. Not sure if we just caught them on an off day given all the positive reviews, but we spent over $25 on two smoothies and neither my wife nor I enjoyed them. Both were so thick we could barely drink them, and they had a strange aftertaste that lingered. We really wanted to like it, but overall we left disappointed and probably won’t be returning.

I generally shy away from chains of 200+ locations. But I love the Açaí Tropical Bowl. Use the app, it’s ready quickly. Can’t speak to the nutritional value, but lots of fresh fruit. They have excellent gluten-free granola. This location has an excellent outside seating area behind the store. It’s relaxing. One downside - it’s expensive for what you get.
