Planit Eats Fairhaven

Choked on a piece of foil backed paper in their Chocolate Triple Play purchased at Clement’s Market in Portsmouth. Notified customer service and while they admitted an employee must have violated their policy and procedures of opening almond butter in a food preparation area, there was no assurance of recalling the item. They offered to send a gift card as compensation but is was never received despite contacting them twice and Mr Glassman’s assurance that he would see to it personally. Good products when not contaminated but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Planit Eats in Fairhaven is amazing! Idk about the review that says it's not clean there but that has not been MY experience. The food is excellent. High protein, delicious food. I would recommend to anyone that needs a food service for whatever reason. Best I've seen!

This place shouldn’t be on Uber eats or dash. Completely misguiding, didn’t realize it was just a meal prep place. Ordered steak tips expecting nice freshly cooked delicious meal. And it comes in like a Tupperware that’s been in the fridge and you warm up yourself. Which would be fine if that’s what I was ordering. But it’s not even close pretty disappointing. Haven’t tried the food yet, hopefully it’s good at least.

Excellent and healthy food. Many choices. Pretty clear it is a meal prep place (PlanIt Eats).

Walk into the store and see how dirty it is. You won’t want to eat the food anymore.
