New to us, yet the Plea Bistro has been around since 2006 - so they are doing something special! We enjoyed a nice meal - having the fresh caught SeaBass and Roasted Carrots, and split the Apple Pear salad. We also were served a bread and spread plate, a nice touch. They have daily specials and a robust wine and cocktail list. We didn’t explore it, there is a nice looking bar and seating area.
Plae Bistro is a beautiful restaurant! The staff was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food menu. I have eaten here twice so far and had delicious food both times. There is a really nice bar with many drink options to choose from. I will definitely be back for more visits.
This is a terrific place! I stumbled upon it over a year ago when they were part of RESY. Sadly they aren't anymore. Love their bruschetta and soup/salad/lunch combo. Daily soups are always homemade and delicious. Wait till they bring the dessert tray around! Carrots cake and flourless chocolate are my favorites
Had a wonderful dinner at Plae Bistro in Green Bay! We tried a little bit of everything, and it all came together for a really memorable meal. Starters & Sides: • Vegan Chili: Extremely well-flavored and hearty. You could serve this to a burly non-vegan guy and he’d never guess it was vegan (not that it matters — it’s just great chili!). Very filling. • Artichoke Dip: Bomb dot com. The chips were salty and perfect, and the bread bowl was tender and easy to slice — almost like making little artichoke-dip sandwiches. Loved this. • Bread Service: Honey butter was the star here. The buns could’ve been warmer, but still good overall. Salads: • Plae Signature Salad: Great portion size with a really nice mix of veggies. The mango was a fun surprise, and the wasabi dressing was something new for
Food was delicious. Dessert was amazing. My husband had the 160z cowboy ribeye with green beans and mushroom spatzle. The ribeye came with a onion caramelized bourbon glaze. He said it was good. I had the crab tenderloin with the green beans and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. For dessert he had the rum cake and I had the better than sex chocolate cake. They specialized the cake for me due to my nut allergy and it was delicious. We went for our anniversary and there was a signed note on our table saying "happy anniversary." Overall very good experience and very delicious food.
