I came in yesterday I wanted some esquites and others items. Also the Fresa con crema. They don’t have it not only that when we came in it’s took a little long to order. Nobody was around it’s looked empty. The cashier Monica it’s looked like she didn’t want work . It’s was just not a good vibe. I will never come here never sorry.

First time I came here customer service was great, an older woman was at the front and attentive to the customers and did their job. The TV was on to entertain customers and music. Second time coming here there are now teenage girls. I ordered and they forgot something that came with my order. Very disappointing. Third and fourth time coming here, as soon as you enter, no one is at the front and the teenage girls are in the back. You have to ring a bell so they can come to you. Like what?? You are suppose to pay attention and handle customers well. The way they present the drinks is sometimes missing something or just not handed well. The TV is off and it sounds dead inside when you eat in there. While the girls are all in the back doing their thing with music on full blast. Another thing

$10.66 for a variant of a Chamango is kind of overpriced..and the mangoes that they served me were rock hard and unripe. The lady with the fruit cart 2 blocks north sells better and cheaper Mexican fruits. Probably wouldn't come here again

Whenever you try to order they are always “out of the item”. It could be 12noon, 2 p or 8p. Doesn’t matter what time it is. They don’t answer the phone either. I’m staring to wonder if this is a real business.

Very bad. I was waiting for my order for a very long time, and it turned out to be basic and with no flavor. The workers are very unprofessional and there was like maybe like only 2 workers. I do not recommend. Go to Ben and Jerry’s for sure.
