Pizzaboy

Let me start by saying, this is a very unique place. No dine in, carry out only. Maybe there is outdoor seating when the weather is nice but we were just there and it's February. We ordered the Margherita and the "Go To" pie. The Margherita is fairly self explanatory. The "Go To" is a white pizza with ricotta, sausage, mozzarella, garlic and a hot honey. We opted to have the hot honey on the side and they accommodated. They are very friendly and the shop is very clean. Food is prominently displayed and appealing to the eye, which is why we got the pepperoni rolls. Was not expecting the sweet surprise of what I believe was honey. The pepperoni roll was a hit. The white pizza ("Go To") was tasty not too garlic. The Margherita wasn't bad either. Thin crispy dough that I assume is fermented.

Ross makes one of the best NY-style pizzas I’ve had in this area. Crust is incredible (perfect fold and bend), the sauce is simple and delicious, and the toppings fresh. My daughter had a sandwich that was out of this world. Also, try the cheesecake (very good). This guy is a true artisan. Will be back again soon. This is now in our rotation. My only disappointment is that it took me this long to get there. Great job young man!

My wife and I had pizza boy a few weeks ago and I was blown away by it. Super great quality, craft pizza and the artisans who are bringing great pizza to the area are few and far between. The crust was thin and crispy exactly how we like it. The sauce was a bit more acidic than a lot of shops have, I liked it more, my wife likes it a little less bite. The cheese was definitely high quality and all the ingredients were definitely top notch. I also got the pepperoni roll and it was absolutely phenomenal.

Best Pizza in the area. We moved up here almost 2 years ago. Have been looking for our style of pizza ever since. This place hits every mark. Definitely becoming regulars!

amazing!!!! everything that comes out of the shop is insanely delicious. the pizza, pizza rolls, breakfast rolls and breakfast sandwiches are some of the best around. i’m currently eating a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and had to stop to leave this review it is so good. i wish i lived closer so i could get it more often, but any time i’m around Poland i make it a point to stop. also i would like to swim in the sauce that comes with the breakfast tots. thanks Pizza Boy!!!!
