Pizza Wheel Brick Oven ~ Italian Kitchen

Only been a few weeks since the last owners sold and it’s already gone downhill. The cutlets weren’t pounded thin and were cooked in very old fryer oil. The once crispy pizza was mushy and had half the amount of toppings. We used to order here often, but if the quality is going to be trash, I’ll spend my 100 bucks elsewhere. Update: just realized it’s not even the cupping pepperoni that they used to use. The pizza is totally sub par. It tastes like they changed ingredients. Lowering to 1 star. The price to quality ratio is trash. At this point, would rather go to one of the franchises.

We got a pizza and it was okay I guess. It wasn’t anything special. I got a baked rigatoni and it was fine. It was on the dryer side. Needs more sauce and cheese. And the portion size for the price was kind of small. But the cheesesteak was amazing. Perfect amount of cheese. I would go back for only the cheesesteak

Was told this was one of the best cheesesteaks around. It may have been the worst cheesesteak I’ve bit into as you can tell from the pictures of me stretching the fat from it. Also a 12 inch pizza “thin and crispy” was actually thin and floppy and for being $22 is absurd. Walked in at 1:00 on a Sunday and it was dead. Not a soul in there.

Although the pictures look good, the quality of the pizza and sides were not as expected... The truffle fries were $12- they gave us a couple of fries and could barely spare any truffle or parsley at least to make it presentable. The sandwiches were good but a little on the dryer side

I’ve been wanting to try this place. It was pretty good. There was no one in there when we went but it was 330 on a Saturday on Labor Day weekend so that could be the case. We got a plain pizza The short rib pizza And a cheese steak. I think everything was pretty good but also it looks super flavorful but kinda lacked flavor. It was odd. The plain pizza probably had the most flavor but the parmesan or cooper sharp they put on it was so strong and I hate strong smells but it was good anyway. The short rib felt like it should have had more hot honey on it. The cheese steak was good but needed salt. The place was clean but bad lighting. Nothing was really negative. I would probably go back.
