Pizza Ranch Support Center

I used to go to as many pizza ranches that I could find, but since they changed their coke products to Pepsi products they have pretty much lost my business. I'm posting this for all the people who jave complained but don't take the time to do it themselves. Pepsi is to sweet and there are less options. Thanks for listening.

Monticello Pizza Ranch is the VERY best! It is always clean! The staff all work very hard and are SO friendly! The food is always kept hot and fresh. We go quite frequently on Sundays and it is always busy. But the staff works hard to keep the food line full and clean! We have been to other stores.... but Monti is THE best!!!

I can see how poorly run pizza ranch is run. Not one comment from corporate addressing customers. We pay your salary and keep your doors open and lights on so it might be better customer service if you actually respond to those taking the time to tell you issues. The store in Madison, SD is a dump. Starting with the facility the entire place needs a deep clean. If you go at night the staff will ask if you are done with buffet by 8 pm and they close at 9, so something tells me this place is mismanaged. If your establishment is open until 9 and im paying to eat i got that right. I saw some folks come in at 815 pm. The staff said the only thing coming out is what's on your buffet. This is a joke. I went to Pizza Ranch in Galesburg, Illinois on 11/16/24 at 4:45 PM with my daughter. We ordered 2 pizzas and I order thin sliced veggie pizza because that’s all I eat when I go there every time, my order came wrong with meat on it. I stayed calm and asked nicely for my order to be fixed, the manager told me that I looked just like those who go there to steal trays of pizza just like that. We paid for our food and we were racially profiled and stereotyped just because I nicely and peacefully asked for my pizza to be fixed. I do not eat meats, it is a shame on you Pizza Ranch to hire racist employees like Alyssa. The manager, Alyssa left with my daughter’s pizza and did not give her anything. I went to the Tea, SD drive through. My pizza was not ready so I paid and waited about 5 min. I paid with 2 $20 dollar bills. After returning home I received a phone call from the manager accusing me of not paying for the pizza. I told HER I gave the man at the windows 2 $20 bills. I told her to check withe her employees if they are not trust worth was her problem not mine
